Delivery Policy
The shipping date depends on your order, city and payment method. Delivery policy and standard shipping time are as follows: For Saudi orders, delivery is within 3 working days to city of Riyadh, and 1 to 5 days to other main cities (Dammam - Khobar - Dhahran - Jeddah - Mecca - Buraidah - Unayzah - Abha - Khamis Mushait), and 3 to 10 days to other cities and regions. Delivery time excludes Friday (not a working day) and official holidays such as Eid days, Kingdom National Day and others. Delivery time is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Delivery also depends on the customer’s acceptance and scheduling the delivery date with Zwaiydah Farm team or with the shipping team. In the event that the customer cannot be contacted on the specified date, then there will be a delay in the delivery of the shipment without any responsibility on Zwaiydah Farm. Shipping costs are calculated after the product is selected during the order completion process and before payment. Zwaiydah Farm delivers the product to the customer whose data was registered during the electronic purchase process or if the information of a person concerned with receiving is included. Order Cancellation
Zwaiydah Farm reserves the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons: Rejection / non-acceptance of the payment process.
